Junk Removal Driver

Junk in the Trunk Removal Services is seeking a part-time Driver to work 1-3 days a week from 7:30 am -4:00 pm in our downtown Silver Spring, MD location.

Responsibilities
-Drive 18- foot truck (CDL not required) to homes/businesses and load furniture, appliances, construction debris, etc.
-Drop off removed items at charities, recycling centers, and trash transfer stations
-Supervise employees
-Manage clients with great customer service
-Perform misc. tasks as needed

Requirements
-Over 21 years old
-Clean driving record
-Great customer service and "people skills"
-Strong enough to lift and carry heavy furniture and appliances with a partner
-Willing to work hard
-Work occasional Saturdays.

Pay
-Starting pay is $11-12 per hour + tips

Assistant Operations Manager-in-Training / Driver

Junk in the Trunk Removal Services is seeking a full time Assistant Operations Manager-in-Training who will learn the position from the ground up as a driver. Hours are typically 7:30 am -4:00 pm and begin in our downtown Silver Spring, MD location.

Responsibilities
-Drive 18- foot truck (CDL not required) to homes/businesses and load furniture, appliances, construction debris, etc.
-Drop off removed items at charities, recycling centers, and trash transfer stations
-Supervise employees
-Manage clients with great customer service
-Perform misc. tasks as needed
Train to:
-Create and execute marketing campaigns
-Schedule and provide customer support
-Manage crews and routes
-Conduct employee training
-Manage Donation/Recycling efforts

Requirements
-Over 21 years old
-Clean driving record
-Great customer service and "people skills"
-Strong enough to lift and carry heavy furniture and appliances with a partner
-Willing to work hard
-Some college credits preferred
